In the last three and half years, FARMITRON became a new hope for small and marginal farmers in almost 60 villages of India, particularly in the states of Assam, West Bengal. Farmers cultivating rice could see their yield increase by 20-25% with reduction of chemical sprays leaving their farms with less insect resistivity. Soil issue was also tackled through different techniques. Around 2000 farmers were in direct touch of FARMITRON at various stages of our journey. We hope to bring smile in the face of 20000 Indian small and marginal farmers by 2026 December. We also developed unique strategies to reduce herbicides in the field to keep the soil more healthy.
